Dr. Miguel N. Burnier Jr., MD, MSc, PhD, FRCSC, is Director of the MUHC – McGill University Eye Pathology Laboratory, General Director of Training & Development at the RI-MUHC, and full Professor of Ophthalmology, Pathology and Oncology at McGill University. In addition, he was the Thomas Hecht Family Chair in Ophthalmology from 1995 to 2012.
In addition, Dr. Burnier is an active member of over 20 societies and has received many awards for his excellence in ophthalmology, and in teaching, as well as for his significant contributions to research.
